Swagbucks and th Swidget

You may have noticed a swidget at the end of my page. I am a member of Swagbucks. It is a site that has special offers and pays you in points for things you do everyday like searching the net. It is not going to make you a ton of money by any means and it is not over night. I am one day away from redeeming my points for a $5 Gift Card from Amazon, It took me about 2 weeks. Anyway, I downloaded the toolbar and that is where I do all my searches. I have recieved 10 and sometimes 20 points for random searches. You usually get rewarded 2 or 3 times a day. The Swidget at the bottom of this blog shows my current points and if you click the icon Swagcodes it will tell you if and where there is a Swagcode floating around.
I have redeemed my points so far for a $5GC for a Childrens Store and I am about to redeem my 2nd $5 Amazon GC. I am just going to keep collecting them. Points can also be redeemed for cash into Paypal, however that will cost more points. Check it out.

My Trip to Harris Teeter

This is the stuff I want you to learn. I had a great trip last night. I needed to get cash off my card so I went to the grocery store. (I don't have to pay the ATM fee that way) Well I decided to be smart about it. They had a deal going, if you bought 15 GM/Pillsbury products you get $5 off that purchase, I had a coupon for every item I bought. Plus I had $2.50 off HT Coupon from a previous purchase. So, I paid $4.89 for my 15 items. Take a look at the picture.

Riteaid has a website where you can print additional coupons, WHOA!!! Go to www.riteaid.com
Click on Riteaid Video Values, click Start Now and sign up. You can print coupons by watching videos about specific products. The videos run from 30 sec to up to 2 mins. Some videos are worth 1 credit some are 2. When you get 20 credits you earn a coupon for $5 off a $20 purchase.
Here is the best part, you can stack the Riteaid coupons with manufacturers coupons.
