You start with the blood glucose monitor and use those RR to buy other items that you need that will give you more RR and so on and so on.
Ok, so lets say I need Shampoo and Conditioner and I am going to spend $6 on it and there are no deals. Well instead of just buying Shamp and Cond I will take advantage of the Skintimate and the Stayfree. I will spend $4+ tax and then use the $6 in RR to get my Shamp and Cond. So for less than what i was going to spend on Shamp and Cond I also got shave cream and pads.

I posted about Swagbucks some time ago. I just wanted to give you an update. Right now I have $20 in my Amazon account waiting to be spent. I am 1/2 way to another $5. All I did was sign up, downloaded the toolbar and scan through the special offers on days that I have time. I use the toolbar for all my searches....all of them even if I am going to Facebook or Gmail......I get awarded like 2 or three times a day for pretty much doing nothing. This week is Earth Week, I went to Lowes foods and here are a few things I picked up

Green works Kitchen Wipes, on closeout. With Lowes Q and Maufac Q I spent .39 and I got the Greenworks Dish Soap with same Q's for .39. I have double Q's, I must have picked up 2 papers that week.

CVS has a tag you attach to your bag everytime you shop they scan it, after 4 scans you get $1 ECB

Target gives you .05 off everytime you use a reusable bag



Want to save on gas

Bi-Lo has a program called Fuel Perks, for every $50 spent (appears to be before Q's) you get .05 off per gallon of gas at participating BP Stores. We saved .25 per gallon last week and we let the tank get empty before we filled up.
